Guhan Swaminathan

As Chairman of iProfile, Guhan provides strategic oversight and guidance on the Company’s business activities. Mr. Swaminathan is also a founder and Managing Director at Virgo Capital. Guhan has a long track record of growing technology and information services companies. Prior to establishing Virgo Capital, Guhan was a Principal at WestBridge Capital Partners (now Sequoia Capital India) where he led five investments in the outsourced services and technology industries. Previously, Guhan worked in Goldman Sachs’ private equity group.

In addition to his role at iProfile, Mr. Swaminathan currently sits on the boards of Healthaxis and Accord Human Resources. Guhan received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Nathaniel Robinson

Nathaniel oversees iProfile’s business and corporate development partnerships and strategic initiatives. Prior to joining, Nathaniel worked in Morgan Stanley’s Global Technology Group where he advised leading software and internet companies on acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures. Previously, he was with Janney Montgomery Scott where he helped build the firm’s venture capital investment and private placement business, investing and raising over $60 million in equity for early stage companies.

Mr. Robinson is a co-founder and ex-Chairman of PhillyCarShare (acquired by Enterprise). Nathaniel received his MBA with Distinction from Dartmouth College, MPP from Harvard University, and BS from Drexel University.

Mathan Parasuram

Mathan manages iProfile’s sales and marketing teams in Austin, San Francisco and London, and is responsible for the company’s global sales initiatives. Mathan also works directly with iProfile’s largest customers to help find information solutions to unique sales operations challenges. Prior to joining iProfile in 2007, Mathan worked in various sales related roles in the technology industry, and was the founder of two e-commerce companies.

Mathan graduated from Emory University with a B.A. in Political Science.

Karthik Rajendran

Karthik leads product research and oversees iProfile’s global research operations. He also is responsible for designing custom research programs for iProfile’s key partners. Previously, Karthik managed product marketing and demand generation for iProfile. Prior to joining iProfile in 2008, Karthik was the founder and director of SDD Distributors, an electronics distribution company based in Chicago.

Karthik received his BS in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
